THE TOM GROUP consists of nine companies of which eight are in Slovenia and one abroad and whose joint goal is developing new products that satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers and ensure good business results. THE TOM GROUP currently employs 370 people. The leading company is the company TOM d.d., in which most processes for efficient company management and brand names are carried out. TOM also deals with important business operations which are significant for creating and achieving goals, visions, good business results of the whole group: marketing, quality, IT, strategic sales and purchasing, accounting services, directing, and staff training.
